Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Enhanced Vibes LLC (“Oscar”, “we”) for your use of Oscar at writeoscar.com. By using Oscar you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

What Oscar does

Oscar drafts posts in your voice with AI, checks them, and, if you turn it on, publishes them to the social accounts you connect, on the schedule you set. It measures how your posts do and uses that to write the next ones.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and the brands you manage.
• Brand owners decide who else can see and run their brand.

You’re the author

Posts Oscar publishes go out under your name, on your accounts, at your direction. You’re responsible for them. Oscar shows you every post in your queue before it goes out, and you can rewrite it, skip it, or turn Oscar off at any time.

AI can be wrong. Oscar checks facts against current sources, but it can still make mistakes, and nothing it writes is legal, tax, financial or other professional advice to you or your readers. Read what goes out under your name.

Acceptable use

Use Oscar only for accounts you own or are authorized to run, and only for content you would stand behind. You may not use Oscar to:

• impersonate anyone, or run accounts that pretend to be a different person or organization;
• run networks of accounts that post the same or coordinated content, or mislead people about who is behind an account;
• post spam, or post more often than a person reasonably would;
• buy, fake or automate engagement, such as likes, follows, replies or messages;
• publish content that is false or misleading, infringes someone else’s rights, or breaks the law;
• break the terms or community rules of any platform you connect, including Meta’s Terms, Platform Terms and Community Standards;
• copy other people’s content, or try to get around the platforms’ limits or Oscar’s own safeguards.

We may pause publishing, remove access, or close an account that breaks these rules or puts the platforms or their users at risk.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you give Oscar and to the posts it writes for you. You give us permission to store, process and publish that content only as needed to run Oscar for you. We don’t use your content for anyone else.

Connected platforms

Oscar works through the official APIs of the platforms you connect. Those platforms aren’t part of Oscar and may change or limit what Oscar can do at any time. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Oscar posts to TikTok through TikTok’s Content Posting API, only the videos you add on its posting sheet, with the choices you make there. If you connect a TikTok account, your use of TikTok remains governed by the TikTok Terms of Service, and by posting you agree to TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation (and, for branded content, its Branded Content Policy). You’re responsible for disclosing content that promotes a brand.

Oscar posts to YouTube through YouTube API Services. If you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles your data under the Google Privacy Policy.

Apps you connect to Oscar

If you connect an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT to Oscar, it acts on your behalf within what you allowed when you connected it: it can read your brand’s posts and numbers, have Oscar write drafts into Saved, and, if you allowed it, change your queue and post when you ask it to. What it does is done as you, and you’re responsible for it as if you did it in Oscar; each change is listed in Settings → MCP, where you can undo it within a day (a post that has gone out can’t be undone) and disconnect the app. That app isn’t part of Oscar, and your use of it is governed by its own terms.

Fees and your subscription

Oscar has two plans, Basic and Pro, at the monthly prices shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Each subscription is for one brand, and includes every network Oscar posts to for that brand, at no extra charge. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include any taxes that apply.

A new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You give a card at checkout to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. We email you three days before it ends. Cancel before the trial ends, in Settings → Billing, and you won’t be charged. Otherwise, when the trial ends, we charge the plan’s monthly price to that card, through our payment processor, Stripe, and the subscription renews every month on that day until you cancel. One trial per person: if you’ve had a subscription before, it starts without one.

Each plan includes videos Oscar makes: Basic 1 a month and Pro 15, counted from your billing date, and the free trial 1. Unused videos don’t carry over. Past them, each video is $5, shown before you make it, and added to your next invoice. A video counts once Oscar has made it; one that fails doesn’t, and changing a video and making it again never counts.

You may make a voice or a twin in Oscar only from recordings of yourself, with the consent line Oscar asks you to record (and, for a twin, HeyGen’s own check that it’s you). Videos made with them say they’re made with AI where a platform asks. A twin comes with Pro; your own voice with every plan.

The pages and emails that deliver your guides carry a small “Powered by Oscar” line linking to this site, except on Pro.

You can cancel at any time, online, in Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal: Oscar keeps running until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then the autopilot stops, and you can still sign in to see your brand. We don’t refund partial months, except where the law requires it; if something went wrong, write to us and we’ll make it right. If a payment fails, we’ll try again and let you know; if it still can’t be collected, the autopilot pauses.

Subscriptions that started before October 15, 2026, from an offered place, keep their terms: the price your place came at, kept while the subscription stays active (if it ends, the price ends with it); the other network at half that price, rounded down, prorated from the day you connect it; and a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 30 days of it.

Brands that joined before paid places were offered aren’t charged; we’ll tell you before that changes, and you can choose not to continue.

Changes and ending

Oscar is new and will change. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect. You can stop using Oscar and have your data deleted at any time (how). We may end the service or your access, and will give notice where we reasonably can.

Disclaimers and liability

Oscar is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise any particular reach, growth or result, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or followers, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past twelve months or $100.
